As an entrepreneur and author, I’m driven by the power of stories those we tell and those we live. My journey has been one of growth: transforming ideas into businesses, pages into published words, and challenges into opportunities. I believe in nurturing possibility, both in myself and others, and bringing hearts and minds together through purpose, creativity and connection.”
BOOK DESCRIPTION - ISIXHOSA
The book prides itself by highlighting enlightening knowledge among people and the beauty of nature. It encourages that a person’s flourishing side mustn't be overshadowed by their flaws. A person must resemble a coal that when it is blown by the wind, ashes fall, and warmth comes out of it. By doing so, a person shines brighter. (Pholisa Princess Mntonintshi)
My praise-poems are nice, and others are painful. They show the hurt that comes with ignorance or being reluctant to search for knowledge. These poems speak about the past, present and future, that if we don't educate one another, the spirit of ubuntu is perishing, and our existence too, is depleting due to the lack of respect for our traditions. This book teaches us to love one another, care for each other and not forget our traditional rites of passage, as it may happen that we are the ones breaking our own hearts. He is committed to further non-fiction writing and is planning to study to become a professional editor.
BOOK DESCRIPTION - ISIZULU
This book explores the history of abaNtu (Black South Africans). The narrative begins with the evolution of humankind, describing how people developed and changed over different time periods and in different places in Africa. The initial section uses expert findings to confirm that modern humans (Homo sapiens) and their language evolved in South Africa. The book further discusses the great migration from Eastern Africa southward. It argues that not all abaNtu in South Africa are descendants of this migration rather some are indigenous to South Africa thus it is not correct that South Africa was a no man's land at some stage. Two surnames (or clan names) are used as study cases: one links certain Eastern African groups to those in South Africa thereby providing evidence of the historic migration. The second surname case briefly examines some of the consequences caused by the arrival of the Europeans in South Africa. The book closes by exploring the cultural practices of these abaNtu, with a particular focus on the Zulu people.

BONILE NGQIYAZA: SMALL FIRES IN THE DUST
BIO
Bonile Ngqiyaza is a South African journalist and author whose work spans fiction, faith writing, social commentary and speculative fiction. With more than 30 years’ experience in journalism, he continues to explore storytelling as a way of reflecting on life, belief and the human spirit.
BOOK DESCRIPTION - ENGLISH
In a world of surveillance, forgotten history, and profound hardship, the human spirit endures. Small Fires in the Dust is a powerful collection of 16 short stories that finds hope and resilience in the most unexpected places. Bonile Ngqiyaza, an award-winning journalist and a seasoned observer of the human condition, crafts a vivid and unforgettable portrait of modern South Africa. From the historical dignity of women protesting in "August Songs" to the silent hauntings of a graveyard shift, each narrative is a poignant “small fire”, a testament to the enduring human capacity to find dignity, love, and a flicker of light even when surrounded by the dust of a broken world. Ngqiyaza's prose is as urgent and honest as his journalism. Inspired by an emotionally turbulent period in his life, these stories are born from a place of deep personal reflection. The material that poured out was "part searching, part seething, always digging." The result is a collection that feels both universally resonant and deeply personal, exploring how our past shapes our present and how the most ordinary lives can be transformed into acts of quiet heroism. With a journalist's eye for detail and a writer's heart for story, Ngqiyaza weaves together threads of literary fiction, social commentary, and Afro-futurism to create a tapestry of a nation grappling with its own identity. This is a book for those who seek to understand the quiet moments of grace that exist in the most difficult circumstances, and for anyone who believes that even in the dustiest corners of the world, something continues to grow.

Book Description - ISINDEBELE
In this play, we meet a character living with a condition that society often misunderstands — hyperpigmentation. Her name is Philisiwe. She faces rejection and ridicule because of the colour of her skin. People perceive her differently; some even hold disturbing beliefs about her appearance. In such a world, where can she find safety or peace? Truly, the river carries many logs!
But that’s not all — this play goes beyond the surface. It educates the audience about this rarely discussed condition and highlights the importance of respecting human rights. It also showcases the value of education, culture, and Ndebele traditions.
The story boldly exposes corruption in universities and unethical behaviour, revealing them openly for all to see — like a goat’s skin spread out in the sun. It even touches on dangerous practices by both foreign nationals and some locals — people who are grown in age but still refuse to grow in character.
